Note: Minor CME seen to the east in SOHO LASCO C2 during a STEREO A data gap; the CME is likely associated with a far-sided eruption occurring behind the southeastern limb, as evidenced best by moving field lines seen off the southeast limb in GOES SUVI 284.

The data gap lasted from 2025-02-07T15:38Z to 2025-02-08T02:53Z. The leading edge is very faintly visible for one frame of STEREO A imagery before becoming too diffuse to discern, but fortunately, the leading edge in that one frame is clear enough to achieve a best-fit measurement between STEREO A COR2 and SOHO LASCO C2/C3. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
